Charter capital of ORS is 240 billion VND. Its major shareholders are Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB), Savico and Benthanh Group. ORS is one of the first company which successfully applied online trading in both HOSE and HNX.
In 2010, ORS expands its trading network at Binh Duong, Vung Tau, Da Nang, Ha Noi. Revenue and net profit to 30/06/2010 are 37,72 billion VND and 24,12 billion VND respectively, which are equivalent to 49% and 51% of year 2010's plan. ORS currently manages approximately 8000 trading accounts, increasing its 70% since 2008.
ORS will increase its charter capital to 300 billion VND and register underwriting securities service in 2010
